Cancellation policy of Superior 3 Bed
A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment, depending on the room type and plan selected. Guests must provide valid contact details at the time of booking.
Check-In: 12:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Fully Refundable Bookings: Eligible for a full refund if cancelled within the allowed cancellation window.
Non-Refundable Bookings: No refund will be issued upon cancellation.
Last-minute cancellations may incur the full booking charge as per the selected room’s terms.
Bookings may be modified (dates/room type) based on availability. A difference in rates may apply.
Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior communication will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged.
All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
PAN card is not accepted as ID proof.
IDs must clearly show the guest’s name, age, and address.
The hotel does not permit check-in for unmarried couples.
A valid marriage ID proof or matching address proof is required for couples staying together.
If suitable documents are not provided at check-in, the booking will be considered invalid and entry may be denied without refund.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash.
For direct bookings, full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise specified.
Early departure may result in charges for the full duration of the stay as per your booking terms.
Extra guests will be charged according to hotel tariff.
Children below a specified age (e.g., 6 years) may stay free (customizable per your requirement).
Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and may incur penalties.
